“[Kids] don’t remember what you try to teach them. They remember what you are.”
– Jim Henson
Every Christian is called to educate others in our faith, but catechists and parents have a special job in educating young Catholic children and helping them grow to know and love God in a Parish setting. As teachers of the faith, we are also ever learing more about how to educate, and what we are educating about. We also must constantly be supporting each other and sharing materials.
Sadlier is the religious education program that we use for our K-8 groups. On their website you can find activities, games, stories and articles that are helpful for lesson planning, and family faith formation.
